x tau apa nk update.. juz nk share 1 lagu yg betoi2 menarik... sgt2 menarik.. walupon lagu nih dh lama... tp memberikan impak yg sgt besar,... hahaha..

lagi2 gigi

gigi oo0o0o gigi...

knapa la gigi sy ni jadik cmni.. adoi...

ari selasa 2.. seketoi gigi telah berjaya di kuarkan..

disebabkan gigi yang nk di cabut da kecacatan..

kna cabut yg x sakit... adeh.. pas2 tros rasa sakit..

cabut sebatang gg 2 dh dekat RM120 *klu cabut kt kerajaan pon x sampai harga nih

di sebabkan gigi yang sakit ni cacat,

Doktor kata x leh cabut biasa.. kna wat operation..

aduihai... apelah nasih sy...

bukan sebatang.. dua batang..

ohh... gigi bongsu.....

emm... skang baru lega kesakitan akibat mencabut gigi..

k la... dh x dak mood nk mengupdate... heheh

moga jmpak lg t... heheh :)

darah @ dara??

assalamualaikum...

darah.... darah... darahhhhhhhhhhh..

sangat2 takot bila tgk darah..

tp arini ada kempen derma darah...

sgt menarik..

sgt berminat..

x penah derma darah.. ni la 1st time nk merasa..

salah 1 faktor dia...

time la nk bersuka ria derma darah ngan kawan2..

heheh..

syarat2 nk derma darah:

1. berat 45 dan keatas... failed!

2. check jenis darah.. failed -- hemoglobin rendah *apa menda 2 x sure la..

3. check tekanan darah ... failed!! mmpunyai tekanan darah rendah...

ni la nama ketegaq.. faham x??

ketegaq = degil..

dh tau syarat 1st pon dh x lepas nk try gak... pas 2 p stage yg kedua pon x lepas gak... tp x pa.. pulun gak nk try lg.. nk try check tekanan darah lak.. kt c2 pon x lepas.. 100/90.. wlupon x bpa nk paham.. si doktor 2 kta tekanan darah plak rendah.. dia pnya la nasihat suwuh makan bnyak.. dh x larat nk mkn dh.. bleh plak dia suwuh p check tyroid... sgt menakutkan... mintak2 la x dak menda yg memudaratkan.. lega la dh tau darah jenis apa...

mau tau kinah darah apa??? t klu kinah kekurangan darah ka apa ka.. mai la menderma...
